If you see a sofa you like you can usually get it in hundreds of fabrics! You can get it in grey, taupe, tan, red, purple, green, blue, stripes, patterns, different textures or leathers. You can change the arms, the back, and the pillows, the opportunities are endless. Anything you want, we can buy it your way, and you can make it your own.

History:
Furniture Mart was established in Jacksonville, Florida, by Sam and Saul Rosenberg in 1946.
Benny and Hannah Gavronsky, survivors of the Holocaust, were living in Munich, Germany, in 1946. Shortly after the end of World War II, they immigrated to the United States, settling in Jacksonville, Florida. Benny started Wesconnett Furniture in 1960, selling refurbished merchandise. Being an immigrant and a Holocaust survivor, he started this business with the shirt off his back. He was 4 foot 11 and sold both furniture and appliances. In those days, fridges weren’t as big as they are now, but the man could literally carry a refrigerator on his back
In 1977 the Gavronsky family purchased Furniture Mart from the Rosenbergs. Furniture Mart quickly grew when they developed a price structure to compete, not with the local merchants, but with the furniture sold in Highpoint, North Carolina. They wanted to get that furniture sold right here in Jacksonville, so they offered customers the same prices.
Today, the Furniture Mart carries over 100 different brands, including top lines, outdoor furniture, mattresses, accessories, custom upholstery, and more!
