Deb’s design experience began with commercial interior design at Wrightline. She worked for over ten years with many of the major corporations here in Jacksonville, not only providing the space planning for the lobbies and general offices, but also science labs, computer rooms and engineering areas in commercial, the federal government, and military bases. After many successful years and earning multiple Presidents Club awards with the company, she transitioned to residential design for a change.
On Amelia Island, where she lives, she worked at a local furniture store for over eight years. While there, she merchandised the showroom and assisted the many customers that frequented the store with comprehensive design services.
She also started her own business, providing staging services for several top real estate agents on the Island, as well as design, the staging of model homes for a large local retirement community. Her career includes work with a local builder on Amelia Island, completing several of the model homes seen there, selecting all of the finishes and furnishings for the models.
My greatest pleasure comes from transforming a space by recommending colors or select pieces to transform the environment to achieve “dream home” satisfaction for my clients. Whether working with a brand-new open space or existing furniture, I enjoy creating a living area based on my client's wants and tastes.
My key responsibilities include visualizing and designing plans per client’s goals, selecting products and accessories to determine costs, to ensure they align with customer needs and specifications
I have lived in numerous countries in South America and am fluent in Spanish.
