Eight-way hand-tied coil springs are interlaced by hand in 8 directions with a quality polyester twine and stationed on a solid polypropylene base reinforced in two directions with steel bands. Sinuous wire springs are used for extra resiliency.
Frame Construction
5/4" thick kiln-dried select hardwoods provide a strong, solid foundation. Frames are double doweled, glued, screwed and secured with corner blocks reinforcing the joints where greatest stress occurs. Built-in legs are used when structural design allows.
Padding & Ergonomics
Ultra Aire cushions are used throughout this collection. Constructed with two layers of ultra fill low melt polyester batting surrounding a core of high density polyurethane foam. The unit is finished with an enclosure of down proof ticking.
Warranty
Taylor King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and spring construction against defective materials or workmanship and on our seat cushions against the loss of resiliency. Applies to original purchaser under normal usage.
